- Power basic does do protected mode and flat model and pointers
- and word, doubleword, byte, longint, verylongint, and pointer arithmetic
- and huge arrays (up to memory limits)
- you can also peek an poke inp and out in words and double words
-
- fella name of robert zale wrote it after boreland decided turbo basic
- wasn't in their image. power basic ,316 mid valley center, carmel calif
- 93923.
-
- it may do windoze but i havent found the make group command or havent
- tried i didnt see any .ini files but their literature says something
- about ini dll compiler turns them into exe files might make visual basic
- programs(applications?) run as fast as gwbasic
-
- but it still aint got the mat functions like dartmouth basic.
-
- PL/1 has mat functions but that seems to have dissappeared
-
- this internet seems to require windoze this is probably the only time ive
- used windoze for other than card games or true color painting scaning
-
- Question How do you get access to the card deck that comes with windoze?
